Meet Your Personal Trainer

A little about me:

  • I am a certified PT with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and trained in CPR/AED by the American Safety Training Institute (ASTI). However, I have no intentions of stopping here. New research and studies are constantly being put out. What kind of trainer would I be if I didn’t work continuously to expand my knowledge? I intend to do just that.

  • So what if I look average? Strength isn’t about what you look like. I didn’t become a trainer to create artificial, Hollywood-grade individuals whose lives revolve around lifting and a boring diet. I did it because I’m passionate about helping people find enjoyment in activity the way I did: for happiness and health, not for looks.

  • Speaking of looks: many people start exercising because they hate their appearance. A motivation born out of hate is not sustainable. Learning to love yourself sounds cliche, but it is an essential step when learning to exercise for joy and not hatred. I’m here to help build your confidence to get there.

I believe any negative can be turned into a positive. Anyone can learn how to find Strength and Joy in their lives regardless of their schedule and occupation.

Fitness is for everyone.

Let’s go pursue those exercise-induced endorphins together! A road traveled with a friend is much more enjoyable than one traveled alone.

Traveling with a friend that corrects your exercise form is even better.
